Again, the battle continues.
Kinda fun to have a "logbook" about my SOAP notes quest.
Sitting here for hours till my neck aches, and I've only written out 7 lines of (S).

Problem: After conjuring up semi-workable ideas for the next few lines of (S), or OAP for that matter, subject does not write them down but digresses to other websites/thoughts.
Solution: Ignore pain in neck and restlessness and WRITE DOWN IDEAS even if they suck. So subject can laugh at her absurdity(?) and edit them later.
Goal: complete as many SOAP notes as possible. Ideal: 4
