sometimes i wish i could cook like jamie oliver or rocco dispirito..ah, what is it with those french and italians?

just saw ellen, rocco was on; he taught her how to cook some scallop with white beans and tomato paste thingy. sooo fast and easy! i wana hire my own private chef one day. jamie, if i could ever get you, I WOULD (:
i'm sure gordon ramsey's really rad too, but he's so scary, he'd freak the appitite outta me.

less then a month to exams, nothing's gotten started. God please help me!
